支气管肺泡灌洗在顽固性肺感染治疗中的应用

目的探讨经支气管镜肺泡灌洗、注药治疗顽固性肺感染的疗效。方法对照组39例患者给予抗生素及综合治疗,灌洗组40例患者,在抗生素及综合治疗的基础上给予经支气管镜灌洗、注药每周2次,连续2周。结果灌洗组有效率92.50%,对照组有效率69.23%,灌洗组有效率高于对照组(P<0.01)。灌洗组和对照组致病菌清除率分别为76.59%和47.82%,两组致病菌清除率有显著差异(P<0.01)。灌洗组未出现严重并发症。结论支气管肺泡灌洗治疗顽固性肺感染是一种简便、安全、有效的方法。

Application of Bronchoalveolar Lavage in Treating Stubborn Pulmonary Infection

Objective To investigate the curative effect of bronchoalveolar lavage and injecting drug by bronchoscope in the treatment of stubborn pulmonary infection.Methods 39 cases of contrast group were given antibiotic and comprehensive therapy,40 cases of lavaging group were given bronchoalveolar lavage and injecting drug on the base of antibiotic and comprehensive therapy,twice a week for 2 weeks.Results The effective rate of lavaging group and contrast group was 92.50%and 69.23% respectively,the effective rate of lavaging group was more than that of eontrast group(P<(0.01));the bacterial clearance of lavaging group and contrast group was 76.59%and 47.82%respectively,the difference of two group's bacterial clearance was significant(P<0.01).There were no serious complications in lavaging group.Conclusion The method of treating stubborn pulmonary infection by bronchoalveolar lavage is simple,safe and effecfive.
