心脏粘液瘤的外科治疗

目的 总结心脏粘液瘤外科治疗临床经验。方法1984年10月-2002年10月，我院共收治心脏粘液瘤52例，其中左房粘液瘤47例占90．4％，右房4例占7．6％，左室1例占1．9％。51例在全麻体外循环下行心脏粘液瘤切除术。结果 所有患者手术顺利，无手术死亡。随访35例1-8年心功能恢复良好，无复发。结论 外科手术是心脏粘液治疗的根本方法，远近期效果良好。

Treatment of Cardiac Myxomas

Objective To review the experience in surgical treatment of cardiac myxomas. Math-ods From October 1984 to October 2002, 52 patients underwent open - heart surgery under Cardiopul-monary bypass for their cardiac myxomas. There were 47 patients with Left artrium myxomas. 4 patients with right artrium and 1 patient with Left Ventrical myxomsa. Results There were no operation or hospital mortality or severe morbidities. 35 patients were follow - up for a mean duration of 38 months. There were no late deaths and the patients quality of life was improved significantly. Conclusion The surgical treatment for patients with cardiac myxomas is first choice.
