不同剂型转移因子治疗干燥综合征的研究

目的 探讨两种不同剂型的转移因子联合中药治疗干燥综合征的疗效.方法 将108例干燥综合征患者随机分成两组.A组用血府逐瘀口服液和口服转移因子胶囊;B组用血府逐瘀口服液和注射转移因子皮下注射液.结果 两组总有效率分别为83.2%和81.5%,两组间无显著性差异(P＞0.05).结论 两种不同剂型的转移因子联合中药治疗舍格伦综合征的疗效相似.但我们认为口服血府逐瘀口服液和转移因子胶囊更简便,患者更易于接受.

Treatment of Sjogren's Syndrome by Combination of Chinese Traditional Medicine and Two Forms of Prepared Western Medicine Transfer Factor

Objective To investigate the curative effects on patients with Sjogren's syndrome (SS) treated with traditional Chinese medicine and two forms of prepared western medicine-transfer factor. Methods 108 patients with sjogren's syndrome were divided into two groups randomly. A group was treated to take xue fu zhu yu oral liquid and transfer factor capsules. B group was treated with xue fu zhu yu oral liquid and transfer factor hypodermic injection. Results The total effective rate of the two groups was respectively 83.2% and 81.5%.There is no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05) . Conclusion There is no significant difference between the two curative effect.In our opinon,it is more clinic significance that the group was treated with xue fu zhu yu oral liquid and transfer factor capsules.
