| 摘 要： | 目的 分析河南省艾滋病流行现状.方法 根据历年来全省各种途径发现并报告的HIV/AIDS患者个案资料及随访信息,建立数据库并进行统计分析.结果 截至2006年底全省累计报告确认HIV感染者35 232人,其中75.3%是经既往有偿供血感染;报告AIDS现症患者21 828人,报告死亡7 107人.结论 河南省HIV感染主要集中在既往有偿供血人群,但HIV经采供血传播已被阻断.性传播的比例增加,提示应加强宣传教育与行为干预,阻止性传播的发生.

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze HIV/AIDS epidemic in Henan province.Methods Based on the data of HIV/AIDS cases information and follow-up information, which were identified and reported by all kinds of ways since 1995, database and comprehensive analysis were developed. Results There were 35 232 cases were confirmed and reported HIV positive,75.3% were former paid plasma donors; 21 828 were AIDS patients and 7 107 persons died of HIV/AIDS at the end of 2006. Conclusion The epidemic of HIV/AIDS in Henan province was mainly among former paid plasma donors. But the transmission through plasma donor had been interdicted. While the proportion of sexual transmission was increasing, this suggested that education and behavior intervention should be strengthened in order to interrupt further transmission. |
