钬激光腔内治疗泌尿系统疾病41例

目的 探讨钬激光腔内治疗泌尿系疾病的治疗效果及安全性。方法 利用美国Trimedyne公司的钬激光机经膀胱镜或输尿管镜治疗4l例泌尿系疾病。结果 12例膀胱结石，3例尿道结石患者均一次碎石成功。l0例输尿管结石患者单次手术结石粉碎率为90％(9／l0)，平均结石排净时间2周。浅表性膀胱肿瘤12例，输尿管囊肿2例，尿道狭窄2例，均治愈，浅表性膀胱肿瘤近期随访无复发。所有病例平均手术时间及术后住院天数分别为55min和3．4d，术中无闭孔神经反射及穿孔等并发症。结论 钬激光结合腔内镜治疗泌尿系疾病，不但安全，而且有效。

Endourological Treatment of Urinary Disease With HO:YAG Laser

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficiency and safety of Ho:YAG Laser in the endourological treatment of urinary diseases.Methods 41 cases of urinary disease were treated through uretheroscope or cystoscope with Ho:YAG Laser made in Trimedyne Co. USA.Results 12 cases bladder stones and 3 of ureteral calcali were successfully fragmented after lithotripsy.The overall fragment rate of uretheral calcali was 90% (9/10).The mean stone free time was 2 weeks.12 cases of superficial bladder tumors and 2 of ureterocele and 2 of urethral stricture were cured.The superficial bladder tumors were not recurrence with 1 year follow-up.The mean post-operation hospital stay time was 55min and 3.4 days.No complications such as perforation and the oblurator nerve reflex were encountered during operation.Conclusion HO:YAG with endoscope is an effective and safe method for the treatment of urinary diseases.
