| 摘 要： | 目的了解甲状腺机能亢进症(甲亢)与甲状腺功能减退症(甲减)患者血糖及血脂代谢异常状况,同时了解甲亢和甲减患者治疗后血糖及血脂情况分析。方法 40例甲亢和甲减患者治疗前后均空腹12h以上,于清晨抽静脉血检测血糖(GLU)、血脂(甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)水平,进行对比分析。结果 40例甲亢和甲减患者治疗前后血糖及血脂对比:甲亢患者GLU明显降低,血脂明显升高;甲减患者GLU明显升高,血脂明显降低。结论甲亢或甲减患者经过积极治疗,甲状腺功能恢复正常后,其血糖、血脂水平均恢复正常,提示甲状腺激素浓度的异常变化会直接和间接影响患者体内血糖、血脂代谢。
