| 摘 要： | 对32例大肠损伤在一期切除端端吻合或修补的同时,于肛门处置支撑吻合管,具有减压、引流、冲洗等作用,使损伤的结肠一期愈合,避免了预防性、分流性结肠造瘘,免除了二次手术的痛苦,缩短了住院时间,节省了住院费用。

| Abstract: | In this report,we present 32 cases of large intestine injury which are resected in one stage, with termino-terminal anastomosis and repairation. At the same time,the supporting anastomotic-tube with the function of decompression,drainage and washing is put into the patients anorecturm. This method not only has the advantage of wound healing by first intention,avoiding the precausionary and drainage colosto-my and the pain in second operation,but also has no complication or death rate,saring the expense and reducing time in hospital. |
