褐藻多糖硫酸酯联合肾上腺皮质激素治疗原发性肾病综合征疗效分析

目的研究褐藻多糖硫酸酯联合肾上腺皮质激素对原发性肾病综合征的治疗效果。方法105例原发性肾病综合征患者应用褐藻多糖硫酸酯联合肾上腺皮质激素作为治疗组进行治疗,186例原发性肾病综合征患者应用糖皮质激素作为对照组进行治疗,将两者的治疗效果进行比较分析。结果 治疗组中患者总缓解率达89.5％,对照组中患者总缓解率为48.8％,两者比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论FPS联合肾上腺皮质激素作为一种新的治疗方法,可明显提高对原发性肾病综合征的疗效。

The Analysis of Treating Primary Nephritic Syndrome with Fucoidan and Glucocorticoid Hormone

Objective To study the effect of treating primary nephritic syndrome with fucoidan and glucocorticoid hormone. Methods 105 patients who had primary nephritic syndrome were treated with fucoidan and glucocorticoid hormone. 186 patients who had primary nephritic syndrome were treated with glucocorticoid hormone. We analyze the effect. Results The effective improvement rate was 89. 5% in treatments. The effective improvement rate was 48. 8% in controls. There are significant differences (P<0. 01). Conclusion The new method that fucoidan and glucocorticoid hormone treat primary nephritic syndrome may apparently improve the effect.
