| 摘 要： | 选择97例高脂血症患者随机分组,治疗组65例口服通脉降脂1号,每日2次,每次25ml;对照组32例口服非诺贝特每日3次,每次100mg,疗程均为6周。结果治疗组ApoA1及HI)L-C升高,ApoB、TC、TG、LDL-C下降(P<0.01),其中升高ApoA1和HDL-C的作用优于对照组(P<0.05),其他指标两组间无显著差异(P<0.05)。

| Abstract: | 97 cases of hyper lipemia patients were divided randomly into 2 groups. 65 cases treated with chiriese herbal medicine Tong Mai Jiang Zhi No- 1 (TMJZ No- 1 ) oral liquid and the control groups(32 cases) treated with fenofibrate. Both of them treated for 6 weeks. Result showed that the apoprotein A1 (ApoA1) ,high denisty lipolipid-cholesterol(HDL-C)of test group were elevated, while the apoprotein B(ApoB), total cholesterol (Tc), triglyceride (TG) ,low denisty lipolipid-cholestrol(LDL-C) of them were all dropped. The difference was significantly. The action of elevating ApoAl,HDL-C in test group was better than control group. There was no significant difference on others of two groups. |
