苦参凝胶应用于聚焦超声治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效

目的探讨苦参凝胶作为介质在聚焦超声治疗宫颈糜烂中的作用。方法将223例宫颈糜烂患者随机分为蒸馏水组、耦合剂组和苦参凝胶组,比较各组对不同类型宫颈糜烂的治疗效果、治疗操作时间及不良反应。结果三组治疗各型宫颈糜烂的总有效率及对轻度宫颈糜烂的治愈率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;苦参凝胶组治疗中、重度宫颈糜烂的治愈率高于其他两组（35%VS 46.67%VS 73.33%,P〈0.05）;苦参凝胶组、耦合剂组的治疗操作时间均短于蒸馏水组,且苦参凝胶组不良反应明显低于另外两组（P均〈0.05）。结论苦参凝胶作为介质能提高聚焦超声治疗中、重度宫颈糜烂的治愈率,缩短操作时间,减少不良反应。

Efficacy of flavescens gel used in focused ultrasound therapy for cervical erosion

Objective To explore the efficacy of flavescens gel used in focused ultrasound as a medium in the treatment for cervical erosion.Methods 223 patients with cervical erosion were divided into distilled water group,coupling medium group and flavescens gel group,comparing the efficacy,therapeutic time and adverse reactions of the three groups in treating different types of cervical erosion.Results In total effective rate,there was no significant difference among the three groups;But for treating moderate and severe cervical erosions,flavescens gel group was significantiy higher than those of the other two groups in total recovery rate（35% VS 46.67% VS 73.33%,P〈0.05）;flavescens gel group and coupling medium group used shorter therapeutic time than that of the distilled water group,but there was no significant difference between the two former groups;and flavescens gel group significantly had less adverse effects than those of the other two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion As a medium,flavescens gel can increase the recovery rate of moderate and severe cervical erosions after the focused ultrasound therapy,shorten treatment time and decrease the adverse reactions.
