帕瑞昔布钠对前列腺电切术后镇痛效果及对肾功能的影响

目的 探讨帕瑞昔布钠对前列腺电切术后的镇痛效果以及对肾功能的影响.方法 选择在我院行前列腺电切术的62例患者,随机分为2组.观察组35例,在术前、术后24 h静脉注射帕瑞昔布钠;对照组27例,给予生理盐水.观察两组患者术后1、4、8、24、48 h VAS评分和血尿素氮、肌酐水平的变化,并对两组不良反应发生率进行分析.结果 两组患者48 h内各时间段VAS评分随着时间延长逐渐下降,其中观察组各时间段VAS评分明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）;但术后48 h两组VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;此外,两组患者术后各时间段Cr、BUN水平比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.结论 帕瑞昔布钠用于前列腺电切术有明显的镇痛效果,且对患者的肾功能影响较弱,值得临床推广应用.

Effect of peri-operative analgesia with parecoxib sodium on renal function of patients with transurethrue resection of prostate

Objective To explore the effect of peri-operative analgesia with parecoxib sodium on renal function of patients with transurethrue resection of prostate （ turp）. Methods 62 patients elected for turp in our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups. Observation group（ n = 35 ）was given intravenous parecoxib sodium before and 24 h after operation,control group（ n = 27 ） was given normal saline. The changes of 1,4,8,24,48 h VAS score and blood urea nitrogen, creatinine in two groups were recorded, and the adverse reactions were analyzed. Results The VAS score of the patients in the two groups was decreased gradually with the extension of time, and there were significant differences in the VAS score between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ） within 48 h, but after 48 h, no significant difference was found（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions and the level of Cr and BUN between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Parecoxib sodium for turp patients has the obvious analgesic effect with little influence on renal function, it is worthy of clinical application.
