摘    要:目的:建立嵌入式碳纳米管玻碳电极测定微量铅测定中的应用。方法:把碳纳米管膜嵌入到玻碳电极表面,用其作为工作电极并与铋膜法相结合,采用微分电位溶出法测定微量铅的含量。结果:与玻碳电极相比,碳纳米管修饰电极能明显提高灵敏度和稳定性。三七根、竹叶兰、青竹标中均含一定量的铅。方法的最低检出浓度为0.6000μg.L-1,加标回收率93.9%~108.8%,RSD为2.79%~8.60%。结论:嵌入式碳纳米管玻碳电极具有准确、高灵敏度、稳定性更高等特点,能被用于其它微量元素的测定。
