摘    要:目的:星点设计-响应面法优化枳实中柚皮苷、橙皮苷和新橙皮苷的提取工艺。方法:以提取时间、乙醇体积分数、溶媒比为自变量,上述3个黄酮苷总提取百分含量作为因变量,通过对自变量各水平的多元线性回归及二项式拟合,用响应面法选取较佳工艺,并进行预测分析。结果:确定最优提取工艺为乙醇体积分数60%,溶媒比26 mL.g-1,回流提取60 min,3个黄酮苷的总提取含量达22.02%。结论:星点设计-效应响应面法优选枳实中黄酮类成分提取工艺,方法简单,结果可靠。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize extraction techniques for flavonoids(naringin,hesperidin,neohesperidin) from Fructus Aurantii Immaturus by using central composite design and response surface method.Methods: Reflux time,ethanol concentration and solvent ratio served as independent variables while the total extracted flavonoid served as the dependent variable.Based on multiple linear regression and binomial expression,central composite design and response surface method were employed to optimize the extracting process,and predicative analysis was conducted.Results: The optimized extraction conditions showed that ethanol concentration(60%),extraction time(60 minutes) and the ratio of solvent to material(26 mL·g-1) affected the maximum flavonoid production(22.02%).Conclusion: The optimum process,simple in methodology,yet yields reliable results.
