高效液相色谱法测定复方健疗霜中三组分含量

目的：测定复方健疗霜中曲安奈德、盐酸苯海拉明和硝酸咪康唑的含量。方法：高效液相色谱法，在ＳｈｉｍｐａｃｋＣＬＣ－ｐｈｅｎｙｌ柱上，以甲醇－水相（三乙胺２ｍＬ，加水至３００ｍＬ，磷酸调ｐＨ至７６）为流动相，检测波长：２３０ｎｍ。结果：本文可同时测定三组分的含量。曲安奈德００２０～００８０ｇ·Ｌ－１，盐酸苯海拉明００８０～０３２０ｇ·Ｌ－１，硝酸咪康唑０１６０～０６４０ｇ·Ｌ－１范围内，峰面积与其浓度呈良好线性关系；平均回收率依次为１００４％，ＲＳＤ＝１０２％；１００６％；ＲＳＤ＝０９１％；１００５％，ＲＳＤ＝０６０％。结论：方法简便、快速、准确，可作为样品的检测方法。

Determination of Three Components of CompoundJianliao Cream by HPLC

Objective: To separate and determine three constituents including triamcinolone acetonide,diphenhydramine hydrochloride and miconazole nitrate in Compound Jianliao Cream. Method: A HPLC method was used chromatographic conditions included Shimpack CLC-phenyl column and the mobile phase consist of methanol and water(7030).The detection wavelength was 230 nm. Results: The separation and determination of three constituents could be accomplished simultaneously.The calibration curves were linear in the range of 00200080 gL-1 for triamcinolone acetonide;00800320 gL-1 for diphenhydramine hydrochloride;01600640 gL-1 for miconazole nitrate.The average recoveries of triamcinolone acetonide,diphenhydramine hydrochloride,miconazole nitrate were 1004%(RSD=102%),1006%(RSD=091%),1005%(RSD=060%)respectively. Conclusion:This method was found to be simple,quick and accurate for simultaneous determination of the three constituents in Jianliao Cream.
