骨质疏松症的中医药治疗研究进展

目的对骨质疏松症的中医发病机制、中医药防治骨质疏松症的临床及实验研究以及防治骨质疏松症的常用中药及其现代化研究进行综述,为骨质疏松的中医药研究提供理论参考。方法查阅大量国内外关于骨质疏松的文献,提炼并总结已有的研究成果和发展现状。结果骨质疏松症的发病是多虚多瘀、虚中有实、多因多果的关系,其中医治疗原则应以补肾为主,补肝脾、活血化瘀为辅。结论需要利用我国丰富的中药材资源、现代药理学实验和现代技术手段,遵循传统中医药理论,对中药治疗骨质疏松症的有效成分进行更加深入的研究。

Research progress of ostoporosis treatment by traditional Chinese medicines

Objective To summarize the pathogenesis of osteoporosis in the view of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),clinical and experimental research about prevention osteoporosis,and the modern research of traditional Chinese medicine for preventing osteoporosis,and to provide a theoretical reference.Methods Articles about osteoporosis in domestic and abroad journals were summarized.Results Osteoporosis disease is the insufficiency and blood stasis.The TCM treatment principle should give priority to the kidney,liver and spleen,for activating blood circulation and eliminating stasis complementary.Conclusion We need to use our country rich Chinese herbal medicine resources and modern pharmacology experiment and modern technology,following the traditional Chinese medicine theory,to treat osteoporosis more effectively.
