摘    要:目的研究牛奶子内生真菌Colletotrichumsp.代谢产物。方法采用乙酸乙酯萃取、硅胶层析、高效液相色谱制备分离纯化;通过质谱和核磁共振等谱学数据进行化学结构鉴定。结果从发酵液中分离得到7个化合物,经波谱数据分别鉴定为3-吲哚乙酸乙酯(1)、乙酸-3-吲哚乙酯(2)、吲哚-3-乙酰胺(3)、nectriapyrone(4)、2-(2-羟基丙酰胺)苯甲酰(5)、3-甲色酮(6)和苯乙酸(7)。结论化合物4,5和6为首次从该属真菌中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the chemical constituents from the fermented substrate of endophytic fungus Colletotrichum sp.isolated from Elaeagnus umbellata Thunb.in Shanghai.Methods The chemical constituents were isolated by using the solvent extraction,silica gel chromatography and HPLC chromatography.The structures were identified on the basis of mass spectrum,and 1H-NMR.Results Seven compounds were identified from endophytic fungus Colletotrichum sp.isolated from Elaeagnus umbellata Thunb,which were 1H-indole-3-aceticacid,ethyl ester(1),indole-3-ethyl acetate(2),indole-3-acetamide(3),-(2-hydroxypropionylamino)benzamide(4),nectriapyrone(5),3-methylchromone(6) and phenylacetic acid(7)on the basis of spectroscopic data analysis.Conclusions The compound 4,5 and 6 were isolated from Colletotrichum sp.
