摘    要:目的建立同时测定清开灵注射液中多种无机元素含量的方法。方法用微波消解法对样品进行预处理,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)对10个不同批次清开灵注射液中的无机元素进行含量测定。结果通过各元素含量测定方法学考察,确立了仪器的检出限及各元素的最佳检测波长,10批次清开灵注射液各元素相对标准偏差为0.16%~4.90%,加标回收率在92.0%~117.0%之间。结论该方法灵敏度高、可靠易行,满足清开灵注射液无机元素含量检测条件,初步确立其各元素含量范围。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for the determination of a variety of inorganic elements in Qingkailing Injections simul‐taneously .Methods Qingkailing Injections of 10 different batches were dissolved by microwave digestion and then determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP‐AES) .Results Under the established conditions ,the recoveries were between 92 .0%‐117 .0% of the 10 batches of Qingkailing Injections ,and the detection relative standard deviations (RSD) were be‐tween 0 .16%‐4 .90% .Conclusion The method is sensitive ,reliable and suitable for the determination of inorganic elements in Qingkailing Injections .
