护肝醒酒浓缩丸的质量标准研究

目的建立护肝醒酒浓缩丸的质量标准。方法采用TLC法对护肝醒酒浓缩丸中葛花、枳椇子、陈皮、山楂、泽泻药材进行定性鉴别,采用HPLC法对甘草酸进行定量测定。结果在薄层色谱中可检出葛花、枳椇子、陈皮等药材的相应斑点;甘草酸在0.284～4.26μg范围内线性良好,r=1.000 0(n=5),平均加样回收率为99.5%;RSD为1.9%(n=9)。结论该法专属性强,重复性好,结果准确,可用于护肝醒酒浓缩丸的质量控制。

Study on the quality standard for Huganxingjiu Pills

Objective To establish a quality standard for Huganxingjiu Pills.Method Flos puerariae,raisin tree seed,pericarpium citri reticulatae,fructus crataegi,and water plaintain were identified by TLC,and the content of glycyrrhizic acid was determined by HPLC,Results Flos puerariae,raisin tree seed,pericarpium citri reticulatae,fructus crataegi,water plaintain could be identified by TLC.The calibration curve of glycyrrhizic acid was linear in the rage of 0.284-4.26μg with the correlation coefficient r=1.0000(n=5).The average recovery of glycyrrhizic acid was 99.5%,with RSD 1.9%(n=9).Conclusion The method is specific,reproducible and accurate,so it can be used for the quality control of Huganxingjiu Pills.
