摘 要: | 目的 建立测定头孢他啶粉针剂含量的毛细管区带电泳法。方法 未涂层毛细管柱 (75 μm× 48.5 cm,有效长度 40 cm) ,电压 3 0 k V,检测波长 2 3 0 nm,温度 2 0℃ ,进样 5 0 m bar× 3 s。运行缓冲液为 2 5 mmol·L-1硼砂缓冲液 (用磷酸调 p H 8.0 )。结果 头孢他啶在 1 9.3 6~ 3 0 9.76 mg· L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,r=0 .9999;最低检测限 0 .5 mg·L-1;加样回收率为 96 .8% ,RSD为 0 .6 5 % ;日内精密度 (RSD <3 .0 % ) ,日间精密度 (RSD <3 .0 % )。结论 本法简便快速、专属性强、准确、可靠

Determination of ceftazidime by capillary zone electrophoresis |

Abstract: | Objective To establish a CZE method for the determination of ceftazidime. Methods A untreated fused-silica capillary(75 μm×48.5 cm, 40 cm effective length) was used. The voltage was 30 kV. The temperature was 20℃. The running buffer was 25 mmol·L -1 borax buffer (adjusted to pH 8.0 with phosphoric acid). The detective wavelength was set at 230 nm. Results The calibration curve was liner within the range of 19.36~309.76 mg·L -1(r=0.999 9), and the lowest limit of detection was 0.5 mg·L -1. The added recovery was 96.8% and the RSD was 0.65%. The intra-day precision and inter-day precision were less than 3.0%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and reliable. |
