| 摘 要： | 目的分离纯化灰树花子实体多糖并进行药理研究。方法用水提醇沉的方法制得灰树花粗品,并进一步除色素、蛋白;并考察其对遗传型2型糖尿病Kkay小鼠和高能量饮食加链脲佐菌素诱导的2型糖尿病小鼠模型的治疗作用。结果多糖的含量为82.2%,蛋白含量为1.28%。灰树花子实体多糖对2型糖尿病Kkay小鼠和链脲佐菌素诱导的糖尿病小鼠具有治疗和免疫调节作用。结论灰树花多糖具有较好的降血糖作用,可被开发成降血糖类辅助性药物。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effects of Grifola fromdosa maitake polysacharides on mice with 2-diabetes.Method Polysaccharides were prepared by using water extraction and ethanol precipitation method.The crude extract was purified by removing pigment and protein.The research was carried on Kkay mice and streptozotocin-induced 2-diabetes mice.Results The content of polysaccharides was 82.2%.Polysaccharides were effective on mice with 2-diabetes.Conclusion Polysaccharides of maitake were effective in deceasing bloo... |
