石榴皮总多酚抗菌消炎作用的初步研究

目的初步研究石榴皮总多酚的抗菌、消炎作用。方法通过体外抑菌实验、用小鼠耳廓二甲苯致炎实验、小鼠皮肤毛细血管通透性增高及大鼠白细胞游走实验观察石榴皮总多酚的抗菌消炎作用。结果石榴皮总多酚在体外对金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC为1∶256(3.9 mg·mL-1)、MBC为1∶128(7.8 mg·mL-1),对大肠杆菌的MIC为1∶64(15.6 mg·mL-1)、MBC为1∶32(31.25 mg·mL-1);大剂量组对二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀及二甲苯引起的小鼠皮肤毛细血管通透性增高均有一定的抑制作用,对大鼠羧甲基纤维素囊中白细胞游走也有一定的抑制作用。结论石榴皮总多酚有一定的体外抑菌和抑制炎症的作用。

Antibacterial and antiphlogistic effect of pomegranate peel polyphenols

Objective To study on the antibacterial antiphlogistic effect of pomegranate peel polyphenols,and to provide basis for clinical application.Methods In vitro antibacterial experiments,auricle xylene mouse skin and capillary permeability increase and rats leukocytes wander experiments were performed to observe the pomegranate peel polyphenols antibacterial antiphlogistic effect.Results MIC against Staphylococcus aureus was 1∶256（3.9 mg·mL-1）,MBC was 1∶128（7.8 mg·mL-1）;MIC against E.Coli was 1∶64（15.6 mg·mL-1）,MBC was 1∶32（31.25 mg·mL-1）.High-dose could significantly inhibit xylene-induced ear edema caused by xylene and could increase blood capillary permeability.Conclusion The pomegranate peel polyphenols on Staphylococcus aureus and E.coli has strong inhibitory or exterminating effect,and could play a certain role in anti-inflammation
