| 摘 要： | 目的考察注射用加替沙星与甲硝唑磷酸二钠在氯化钠注射液中的配伍稳定性。方法采用紫外双波长分光光度法测定25℃条件下放置8h内配伍液中2组分含量,并比较配伍前、后其外观、pH值的变化。结果配伍后加替沙星含量无明显变化,甲硝唑磷酸二钠含量略有下降,其余考察指标无显著性变化。结论注射用加替沙星与甲硝唑磷酸二钠可加入氯化钠注射液中配伍应用,但应在25℃条件下4h内使用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To study the compatible stability of gatifloxacin for injection with metronidazole disodium phos-phate in sodium chloride injection.METHODS:The contents of2constituents of the mixed solution stored at25℃within8hours was determined by dual ultraviolet wavelength spectrophotometry,and the appearance,pH value of the mixture were compared with those before.RESULTS:There was no significant change in the content of gatifloxacin after mixing,while the content of metronidazole disodium phosphate has a slight reduction,no significant changes were noted otherwise.CONCLUSI_ ON:Gatifloxacin for injection is compatible with metronidazole disodium phosphate in sodium chloride injection if at25℃within4hours'mixing. |
