| 摘 要： | 目的:制备复方莪术油乳膏并建立其质量控制方法。方法:选用适宜基质,将莪术油和维A酸分别用β-环糊精包裹制成水包油型乳膏,采用紫外分光光度法测定维A酸的含量,并考察其稳定性。结果:维A酸检测浓度线性范围为1~8μg/ml(r=0·9997),平均回收率为100·7%。结论:本制剂制备工艺合理,质量控制方法简便、可行,制剂质量稳定性良好。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To prepare compound zedoary turmeric oil and to establish its quality control method.METHˉODS:Appropriate base was selected,the oil in water type emulsion was prepared by wrapping zedoary turmeric oil and tretinoin,respectively withβ-cyclodextrin,the content of the tretinoin was determined by spectrophotometry and its stability was determined as well.RESULTS:The linear range of tretinoin was1～8μg/ml(r=0.9997),and the average recovery was100.7%.CONCLUSION:The preparation procedure for compound zedoary turmeric oil is feasible,and the quality control method is simple and feasible,the quality of the preparation is stable. |
