| 摘 要： | 目的:建立以RP-HPLC法测定复方银杏叶片中葛根素含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Kromasil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(20∶80),流速为1mL.min-1,测定波长为250nm,柱温为35℃。结果:葛根素进样量在0.8~2.4μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9993,n=5);平均回收率为99.98%,RSD=1.31%(n=5)。结论:本法简便、灵敏度高、重现性好,可用于复方银杏叶片的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To determine the content of Puerarin in Compound Ginkgo biloba tablets by RP-HPLC. METHODS:The determination was performed on Kromasil C18 column. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (20∶80) with a flow rate of 1mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was 250 nm and the temperature of the column was 35℃. RESULTS:The linear range of Puerarin was 0.8～2.4μg (r=0.999 3, n=5),with the average recovery at 99.98%,RSD=1.31%(n=5).CONCLUSION:The method is simple,sensitive and reproducible,and it can be used for the quality control of Compound Ginkgo biloba tablets. |
