正交试验优选消疹止痒胶囊药材的提取工艺

摘    要:目的:优选消疹止痒胶囊药材的提取工艺。方法:以阿魏酸含量为考察指标,乙醇体积分数、乙醇用量、回流时间、回流次数为考察因素,通过正交试验法对消疹止痒胶囊药材醇提工艺进行优选;以没食子酸含量为考察指标,加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数、预浸泡时间为考察因素,通过正交试验法对消疹止痒胶囊药材水提工艺进行优选。结果:醇提最优工艺为以8倍量90%乙醇提取3次,每次1.5 h;水提最优工艺为药材以8倍量水浸泡2 h后提取3次,每次1 h。结论:优选的提取工艺中阿魏酸、没食子酸两种有效成分提取效率高,该工艺操作简便,稳定可行。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction technology of Xiaozhen zhiyang capsules. METHODS: The ethanol extrac- tion technology of Xiaozhen zhiyang capsules was optimized by orthogonal test with the content of ferulic acid as index using the fraction of ethanol volume, the amount of ethanol, reflux time and reflux times as factors. The water extraction technology of Xiao- zhen zhiyang capsules was optimized by orthogonal test with the content of Gallic acid as index using the amount of water, decoct- ing time, decocting times and pre-soaking time as factors. RESULTS: The optimal ethanol extraction technology was as follows: 8-fold 90% ethanol, extracting for 3 times, lasting for 1.5h each time; the optimal ethanol extraction technology was as follows: 8-fold water, soaking for 2h, extracting for 3 times, lasting for 1 h each time. CONCLUSIONS: Using optimal preparation technol- ogy, gallic acid and ferulic acid have high extraction efficiency, and the technology is stable and feasible.
