| 摘 要： | 目的:分析高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定健胃消食片中橙皮苷含量的测量不确定度,找出影响不确定度的因素。方法:采用HPLC法测定橙皮苷的含量,并根据有关规定评估其不确定度。结果:测量不确定度评估为每片0.003mg。结论:本次测量不确定度主要由样品不均匀性所引入。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：To analyze the uncertainty of the evaluation of determination of hesperidin in Jianwei xiaoshi tablets by HPLC and find out influence factors.METHODS：The content of hesperidin in Jianwei xiaoshi tablets was determined by HPLC and its uncertainty was evaluated according to relevance standards.RESULTS：The uncertain value of each tablet was 0.003 mg.CONCLUSION：The uncertainty of this experiment is mainly caused by nonhomogeneity of sample. |
