571例住院患者抗生素应用频度及合理性分析

目的 :了解我院5个科室抗生素应用的合理性。方法 :随机抽查我院普外科、骨科、妇产科、儿科、呼吸内科5个临床科室的住院患者病历571份 ,统计每种抗生素的应用例数、应用天数、平均应用天数、药品总消耗量、约定日剂量和药物利用指数 ,并按应用例数排序。结果 :5个临床科室抗生素的应用各有特点。结论 :一些在临床应用多年、疗效可靠、毒副作用小、价格便宜的抗生素品种仍占主导地位。

Analysis of the Frequency and Rationality of Use of Antibiotics in 571 Inpatients

OBJECTIVE:To gain clear idea of rationality of use of antibiotics at five clinical departments of our hospiˉtal.METHODS:571medical charts of inpatients were randomly collected from Departments of General Surgery,Orthopedics,Obs&Gyn,Pediatrics and Respiratory Tract Diseases.The use of each antibiotic was analysed in respect to the number of patients,days of administration average days of administration,total consumption of antibiotics,DDD and DUI and the sequence was made according to number of cases receiving antibiotics.RESULTS:The five departments had their own characteristics in application of antibiotics.CONCLUSION:Those antibiotics which have been used for many years with reliable therapeutic efˉfect,less ARDs and low cost are still occupying the leading position in consumption.The use of antibiotics is rational on the whole.
