| 摘 要： | 目的 :考察注射用加替沙星与利巴韦林注射液配伍稳定性。方法 :在25℃条件下 ,观察配伍液在8h内的外观、pH值变化 ,并用紫外分光光度法分析其含量变化。结果 :两药在0 9 %氯化钠注射液、5 %葡萄糖注射液中配伍8h内以上各项均无显著性变化。结论 :注射用加替沙星与利巴韦林注射液以0 9 %氯化钠或5 %葡萄糖作溶媒在室温下8h内可配伍使用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To study the stability of compatibility of gatifloxacin for injection with ribavirin injecˉtion.METHODS:At25℃for8hours,the changes in appearance,pH was observed and the content was determined by UV-spectrophotometry.RESULTS:No significant changes were found in8hours for two injections mixing in0.9%sodium chloride solution and5%glucose solution for in jection.CONCLUSION:Gatifloxacin for injection can be mixed with ribavirin injection in0.9%sodium chloride injection of5%glucose injection for use at room temperature within8hours. |
