摘    要:目的:优选芪七连胶囊的最佳制备工艺。方法:以干膏率和黄芪甲苷含量为评价指标,以加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数、醇沉浓度为考察因素,采用L(934)正交试验优选芪七连胶囊的制备工艺。结果:最佳制备工艺为药材加水煎煮2次,第1次加入10倍量水煎煮2h,第2次加8倍量水煎煮2h,醇沉浓度为65%,醇沉24h。结论:优选出的工艺合理、稳定、可行,可用于制备芪七连胶囊。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To optimize the preparation technology of Qiqilian capsules. METHODS:The preparation technologyof Qiqilian capsules was optimized by L(934) orthogonal test with the yield of extract and the content of astragaloside Ⅳ as indexusing amount of added water,decoction time,decoction times and precipitating concentration of ethanol as factors. RESULTS:The optimum preparation technology was as follows:adding 10-fold water at first time and 8-fold water at second time,decoctingfor 2 hour each time,ethanol precipitating concentration of 65% and precipitating for 24 h. CONCLUSION:The optimum processis reasonable,stable and feasible. It is suitable for the preparation of Qiqilian capsules.
