| 摘 要： | 目的 :制定并实施院内围手术期抗菌药物预防性应用规范 ,促进抗菌药物的合理应用。方法 :选择Ⅰ、Ⅱ类切口择期手术病例 ,试验组 (210例)按“Ⅰ、Ⅱ类切口围手术期抗菌药物预防性应用规范”方案用药 ,对照组 (212例 )按习惯方法用药。结果 :试验组手术部位感染发生率与对照组比较无显著性差异 (P>0 05) ,试验组抗菌药物费用、药品费用、住院费用较对照组显著降低(P<0 01)。结论 :在院内制定和实施规范化围手术期预防性用药方案有利于促进合理用药 ,降低医疗费用 ,值得推广。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To work out and actualize the standard application of antibiotic prophylaxis during perioperative period for rationalizing the use of antibiotics.METHODS:The cases undergoing elective operations with typeⅠandⅡincision wounds were selected,210cases included in trial group were receiving standard administration scheme and212cases included in control group were receiving routine scheme.RESULTS:The incidence of surgical wound infections in two groups had no staˉtistically difference(P>0.05),the average costs of antibiotics,all other drugs and hospitalization in trial group were lower than those in control group(P<0.01).CONCLUSION:Standardizing the use of antibiotic prophylaxis can promote the rational use of drugs and reduction of the expenses. |
