摘    要:目的:制定川白芷中有机氯类农药最大残留限量标准。方法:采用丙酮-水提取系统、二氯甲烷液-液分配、浓硫酸磺化净化除杂质的方法制备供试品溶液,毛细管气相色谱法(电子捕获检测器)检测川白芷中有机氯类农药的残留量。色谱柱为AgilentHP-5弹性石英毛细管(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm),进样口温度为230℃,检测器温度为300℃。结果:建议川白芷中有机氯类农药最大残留限量为:六六六(总BHC)不得超过0.05μg·g-1,滴滴涕(总DDT)不得超过0.05μg·g-1,五氯硝基苯(PCNB)不得超过0.01μg·g-1。结论:本试验可为生产绿色中药和保障用药安全提供科学依据。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To establish the extraneous maximum residue limits (EMRLs) of organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) residues in Angelica dahurica.METHODS:The test sample solution was prepared by extracting with acetone-water,partitioning with CH2Cl2,and purifying with sulphuric acid.The content of OCPs residues in A.dahurica was detected by GC-μ-ECD.RESULTS:The maximum residue limits of total BHC,total DDT,PCNB in A.dahurica were no more than 0.05 μg·g-1,0.05 μg·g-1 and 0.01 μg·g-1,respectively.CONCLUSION:This research provides scientific basis for the production of green Chinese herbs and guarantee of the safety of drug use.
