复方丹皮煎剂治疗气阴两虚型早期糖尿病肾病的临床研究

目的:观察复方丹皮煎剂治疗气阴两虚型早期糖尿病肾病的临床效果。方法:将60例气阴两虚型糖尿病肾病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组用复方丹皮煎剂联合洛汀新治疗,对照组单纯用洛汀新治疗,疗程8周,观察2组治疗前后中医证候积分、尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、尿视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)、尿β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、血清肌酐(Scr)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(P2h-PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、药品不良反应(ADR)等指标。结果:复方丹皮煎剂能明显降低气阴两虚型糖尿病肾病患者的中医证候积分、UAER、RBP、β2-MG、FPG、P2h-PG和TG等指标,安全性好。结论:复方丹皮煎剂能有效延缓气阴两虚型糖尿病肾病患者肾功能恶化。

Clinical Study on Compound Corlex Moudan Decoction for Eary Diabetic Nephropathy with Qi-Yin Deficiency Syndrome

OBJECTIVES： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of compound cortex moutdan decoction for early diabetic nephrophy （DN） with Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome （QYDS）.METHODS：60 patients with early stage of DN with QYDS were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group was treated by Lotensin and the treatment group was treated by Lotensin and the compound cortex moudan decoction for 8 weeks.The indexes of 2 groups, such as TCM syndrome scoring, UAER, RBP, 132-MG, Scr, FPG, P2hPG, HbAlc, TC, TG, HDL-C and ADR were detected before and after treatment. RESULTS ： compound cortex moudan decoction could significantly reduse above indexes of 2 groaps and had good safedy.CONCLUSION ： compound cortex moudan decoction has better effect in postponing renal function deterioration of patients with DN with QYD and can be widely used in clinical practice.
