摘    要:目的:研究糖脉康颗粒对糖尿病模型小鼠血糖、糖耐量及正常大鼠糖耐量的影响。方法:用四氧嘧啶复制糖尿病小鼠模型,观察不同剂量的糖脉康颗粒对糖尿病模型小鼠血糖、糖耐量及正常大鼠糖耐量的影响。结果:糖脉康颗粒中、高剂量组均可降低糖尿病模型小鼠的血糖值,对葡萄糖引起的血糖升高有拮抗作用,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);各剂量组对正常大鼠的糖耐量作用不显著。结论:糖脉康颗粒对实验性糖尿病模型小鼠具有降糖作用。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of Tangmaikang granules on blood sugar and sugar tolerance in diabetic mice and on the sugar tolerance of normal rats. METHODS: The diabetic mouse model was induced by alloxan, and the effects of different dosage of Tangmaikang granules on blood sugar and sugar tolerance in experimental diabetic mice and on the sugar tolerance of normal rats were observed. RESULTS: Tangmaikang granules(Medium- dose and highdose) could down- regulate the blood sugar level of experimental diabetic mice and inhibited the glucose - induced increase of the blood sugar level, showing significant differences as compared with the model group(P 〈 0.05) .The effects of different dosage of Tangmaikang granules on sugar tolerance of normal rats were not significant. CONCLUSION: Tangmaikang granules pose hypoglycemic effect in experimental diabetic mice.
