乌梅不同部位药理作用研究

目的:研究乌梅不同部位药用价值及药理作用的异同,明确乌梅的药用部位。方法:通过对小鼠镇咳作用、对新斯的明所致小鼠小肠运动亢进及对番泻叶所致小鼠腹泻影响的试验,对乌梅果肉、核壳和种仁进行药理作用研究。结果:乌梅镇咳的有效入药部位为核壳和种仁;涩肠的有效入药部位为果肉;止泻的有效入药部位为果肉和核壳。结论:乌梅果肉、核壳和种仁的药理作用不同,各部位都具有一定药用价值,为保证临床用药的准确性和安全性,建议乌梅应分部位入药。

Pharmacological Action of Different Part of Fructus Mume

OBJECTIVE:To compare the pharmacological value and action of different part of Fructus Mume so as to identify its pharmacologically effective parts.METHODS:The pharmacological actions of pulp,kernel shuck and seed of Fructus mume were compared through the experiments on the effects of different part of Fructus Mume on cough relieving,neostigmine-induced intestine motility accentuation,and senna-induced diarrhea in mice.RESULTS:The result demonstrated the effective parts of preventing cough were kernel shuck and seed,the effective bowel astringent part was pulp,and the effective antidiarrhea parts were pulp and kernel shuck.CONCLUSION:It has been proved that different part of Fructus Mume has different pharmacological actions and each part has its own pharmacological value.To ensure the accuracy and safety of clinical medication,it is advisable for Fructus Mume be used in different part.
