| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨医院药房规范化管理的实施对策。方法 :对医院药房目前存在的问题进行分析。结果与结论 :在大力提倡全程化药学服务的新形势下 ,只有加强对医院药房的硬件、软件建设力度 ,建立并完善规范化的管理体系 ,才能保证药品和药学服务工作的质量。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To seek for the countermeasures for standardized administration of pharmacy in Chinese hospital.METHODS:The existing problems in pharmacy of Chinese hospital were analyzed.RESULTS & CONCLUSION:Under the current situation of advocating integrated pharmaceutical care,only by strengthening the construction of hardwares and softwares,by establishing the standardized administrative system can we ensure the good quality of drugs and pharmaceutical cares. |
