| 摘 要： | 目的：建立同时测定七叶灵颗粒中特女贞苷与柚皮苷含量的方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Kromasil C18（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-4%冰醋酸（17∶83,V/V）,检测波长为224nm,流速为1mL·min-1,柱温为30℃。结果：特女贞苷与柚皮苷的进样量分别在0.04～1.00、0.08～2.00μg范围内与各自峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系（r均为0.9999）;平均加样回收率分别为101.17%和100.32%,RSD分别为2.10%和2.17%（n均为6）。结论：本方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于七叶灵颗粒中特女贞苷与柚皮苷的含量测定。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：To establish the method for the content determination of specnuezhenide and naringin in Qiyelin granules.METHODS：HPLC method was adopted.The determination was performed on Kromasil C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-4%acetic acid（17：83,V/V）at flow rate of 1 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was 224 nm,and the column temperature was 30℃.RESULTS：The linear range was 0.04～1.00 μg for specnuezhenide（r=0.999 9） and 0.08～2.00 μg for naringin（r=0.999 9） with average recovery of 101.17%（RSD=2.10%,n=7） and 100.32%（RSD=2.17%,n=6）,respectively.CONCLUSION：The method is simple,accurate and reproducible.It can be used for the content determination of specnuezhenide and naringin in Qiyelin granules. |
