| 摘 要： | 目的:评价我院降糖药的应用状况及趋势。方法:采用销售金额和用药频度排序法,对我院2002年～2005年降糖药的主要品种、销售金额及其用药频度进行统计、分析。结果:各类降糖药销售金额均逐年上升,尤其是生物制品年均增长率增幅较大,其中中成药销售金额位居前2位;双降胶囊、二甲双胍、格列吡嗪是我院主要的降糖药,瑞格列奈用药呈上升趋势。结论:中成药在糖尿病的治疗上有广阔的发展前景。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the status quo and the tendency of hypoglycemic drugs used in our hospital.METHODS:Hypoglycemic drugs used in our hospital during the period 2002～2005 were analyzed statistically in terms of drug varieties,consumption sum and DDDs.RESULTS:The consumption sum of all kinds of hypoglycemic drugs increased year by year,much as in the annual increase rate of biological products,of which,the consumption sum of Chinese traditional medicine ranked at the first two places.Shuangjiang capsules,metformin and glipizide were the leading hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital.The consumption of repaglinide was on the rise.CONCLUSION:The prospect for Chinese traditional medicine to treat diabetes is very good. |
