苗药枳稿倒纳米制剂应用于溃疡性结肠炎的临床研究

目的:比较苗药枳稿倒纳米制剂与水杨酸柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)疗效的优劣。方法:随机选取UC患者80例,均分为对照组和试验组。对照组予常规西药柳氮磺胺吡啶(SASP)口服,每次4片(1g),bid;试验组使用枳稿倒纳米制剂保留灌肠,每晚1次。2组疗程均为3周。采用酶联免疫吸附试验测定患者血清中TNF-α、IL-1β、SOD水平及MDA含量,运用SPSS17.0统计软件进行比较。结果:试验组患者血清中TNF-α、IL-1β水平及MDA含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),SOD水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:枳稿倒纳米制剂保留灌肠治疗UC效果优于西药SASP。

Clinical Study of Nanometer Grade Miao Medicine Polygonum bistorta in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

OBJECTIVE： To compared pros and cons of Nanometer grade Miao medicine Polygonum bistorta vs. salicylic acid salazosulfapyridine （SASP） in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. METHODS： 80 patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into control group （40 cases） and trial group （40 cases）. Control group was given 4 pieces of SASP （common western medicine） 1 g, p.o. twice a day; trial group received enema with nanometer grade preparation of P. bistorta one time every night for 3 weeks. The contents of TNF-α, IL-1β, SOD and MDA in serum were determined by ELISA assay using SPSS 17.0 software. RESULTS： The serum contents of TNF-α, IL- 1β and MDA in trial group were significant lower than control group （P〈 0.05） ; SOD activity of trial group was better than control group（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION： Study results show that therapeutic efficacy of retention enema with nanometer grade preparation of P bistorta is better than that of oral treatment of western medicine SASP.
