| 摘 要： | 目的:了解下呼吸道感染细菌分布及耐药情况,为有效的临床药物治疗提供循证医学证据。方法:对我院2008年1月-2009年5月收治的肺炎、间质性肺炎及肺部感染患者的抗菌药物治疗及药敏资料加以分析。结果:118例患者共检出189株病原菌,主要病原菌有鲍曼不动杆菌23.81%(45株)、肺炎克雷伯菌14.29%(27株)、铜绿假单胞菌20.11%(38株)、耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌11.64%(22株)。结论:住院患者下呼吸道感染以革兰阴性杆菌为主且呈多重耐药;抗菌药物使用剂量偏大,而给药频次相对较少;老年人的抗菌药物剂量大多没有根据年龄因素作相应调整。
