| 摘 要： | 目的:了解我院药物咨询情况,以期为提高临床药学服务质量提供参考。方法:对我院2007-2009年508例药物咨询记录进行统计、分析。结果:医护人员是药物咨询的主体,患者对药物信息的需求在不断增多。咨询问题涉及的药物类型主要为抗感染药、内分泌系统药、消化系统药和心脑血管系统药。咨询问题主要包括药物的选择与用法用量、特殊人群用药、药物的安全性、药物的名称与成分、药物的皮试问题等。结论:临床开展药物咨询工作,可提高合理用药水平。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To investigate the state of drug couseling service in our hospital,in order to improve the quality of pharmaceutical service.METHODS:508 cases of drug counseling records in our hospital from 2007 to 2009 were analyzed statistically.RESULTS:Doctors and nurses were the main groups of the counseling,and the drug information needs of patients were constantly increasing.The type of drugs involved mainly were anti-infective agents,endocrine system drugs,digestive system drugs and cardiovascular drugs.Th... |
