| 摘 要： | 目的:建立测定仙灵骨葆胶囊中淫羊藿苷含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Shim-packVP-ODS柱,流动相为甲醇-1.5%冰醋酸溶液(57∶43),柱温为30℃,流速为0.8mL·min-1,检测波长为270nm。结果:淫羊藿苷进样量在0.208～1.560μg(r=0.9999)范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好;平均加样回收率为97.26%,RSD=1.17%(n=6)。结论:该方法专属性强、灵敏度高、重复性好,可用于仙灵骨葆胶囊的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of icariin in Xianling gubao capsules. METHODS： Samples were determined by HPHC on the Shim-pack VP-ODS column was used at 30 μ. The mobile phase was con- sisted of methanol-1.5% glacial acetic acid （57：43）. The flow rate was 0.8 mL.min-1 at UV detection wavelength of 270 nm. RE- SULTS： The linear range of icariin 0.208~1.560μg （r=0.999 9） with an average recovery of 97.26% （RSD=1.17% , n=6）. CONCLUSION：The method is specific, sensitive and reproducibility for quality control of Xianling gubao capsules. |
