| 摘 要： | 目的:研究新药HY2006对流感病毒的抑制作用。方法:通过微量细胞病变抑制法观察HY2006对流感病毒在传代狗肾细胞(MDCK细胞)上所致细胞病变的抑制效应;采用鸡胚培养法观察HY2006对流感病毒的抑制作用。并与病毒唑进行比较。结果:HY2006和病毒唑在MDCK细胞上对流感病毒的半数有效浓度(IC50)分别为(271±24)和(405±35)mg.L-1,治疗指数(TI)分别为13.68±2.70和7.92±1.03;HY2006在鸡胚中对流感病毒的半数有效量(ED50)显著低于病毒唑(分别为(1.48±0.68)和(7.57±1.28)g.L-1)。结论:HY2006在MDCK细胞上和鸡胚中对流感病毒均有明显的抑制作用,并且其药效较病毒唑强。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To study the inhibition of new drug-HY2006 on influenza virus.METHODS:The inhibitory effect of HY2006 on pathologic changes caused by influenza virus on MDCK cell line was observed by micro-cytopathic inhibiting assay,and the inhibitory effect of HY2006 on influenza virus was investigated by chick-embryo culture technique.RESULTS:The IC50 of HY2006 and ribavirin in inhibiting influenza on MDCK cell line were(271± 24) mg· L-1 and(405± 35) mg· L-1,respectively,and the therapeutic index(TI) were(13.68± 2.70) and(7.92± 1.03) respectively.ED50 of HY2006 in inhibiting influenza in chick embryo was significantly lower than that of ribavirin((1.48± 0.68) g· L-1 vs.(7.57± 1.28) g· L-1)) CONCLUSIONS:HY2006 has significant inhibitory effect on MDCK cells and chick embryo culture,and the effect appears stronger than that of ribavirin. |
