摘    要:目的:测定马鞭草中微量元素硒的含量。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,以邻苯二胺盐作显色剂,检测波长为335nm。结果:硒的检测浓度在0~0.10μg.mL-1范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9993);平均回收率为99.78%,RSD=0.29%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于马鞭草中微量元素硒的含量测定。

Determination of Trace Element Selenium in Verbena officinalis by Ultraviolet Spectrophotometry

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of selenium in Verbena officinalis .METHODS: The content of selenium in Verbena officinalis was determined by UV spectrophotometry with o- phenylenediamine as developer under a detection wavelength of 335 nm. RESULTS: The linear range of selenium was 0-0.10μg·mL^-1(r=0. 999 3) with an average recovery of 99.78% (RSD = 0.29%, n = 9) ~ CONCLUSION: The method was proved to be simple, sensitive and accurate, and applicable for the determination of trace element selenium in Verbena officinalis.
