活血Ⅰ号胶囊对2级高血压病患者颈动脉内膜-中膜厚度及血管内皮功能的影响

摘    要:目的:观察活血Ⅰ号胶囊对2级高血压病患者颈动脉内膜-中膜厚度及血管内皮功能的影响。方法:102例2级高血压患者随机分为对照(苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平)、活血Ⅰ号胶囊(左旋氨氯地平+活血Ⅰ号胶囊)组,口服24周,观察治疗前后颈动脉内膜-中膜厚度、反应性肱动脉内径的变化。结果:与健康成人比较,2级高血压患者治疗前颈动脉内膜-中膜厚度均显著增厚(P<0.05),反应性肱动脉内径变化率均显著降低(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者颈动脉内膜-中膜厚度均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且活血Ⅰ号胶囊组降低较显著;2组患者反应性肱动脉内径变化率均较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),且以活血Ⅰ号胶囊组升高较显著。结论:活血Ⅰ号胶囊能延缓动脉粥样硬化进程、改善血管内皮功能。

Effects of Huoxue yihao Capsules on Carotid Intima - media Thickness and Vascular Endothelial Function of Patients with Grade - 2 Hypertension

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effects of Huoxue yihao capsules on carotid arterial intima - media thickness (CIMT) and vascular endothelial function of patients with grade - 2 hypertension. METHODS: 102 patients with grade - 2 hypertension were randomly assigned to receive Levamlodipine besylate tablet alone (control group) or Levamlodipine besylate tablet plus huoxue yihao capsules (trial group) for 24 weeks. The CIMT and the reactive internal diameter of brachial artery were measured before and after treatment. RESULTS: Before treatment, in grade - 2 hypertensive patients compared with healthy adults, the levels of CIMT increased markedly(P〈 0.05) and the levels of the reactive internal diameter of brachial artery decreased markedly(P〈0.05) .After treatment, the levels of CIMT in both groups decreased as compared with before treatment(P 〈0.05), much as in Huoxueyihao group; moreover, the levels of reactive internal diameter of brachial artery in both groups increased after treatment(P〈 0.05), much as in Huoxue yihao group. CONCLUSION: Huoxue yihao capsule can delay the progression of atherosclerosis and improve endothelial function in patients with grade - 2 hypertension.
