| 摘 要： | 目的:利用荟萃分析方法对金纳多注射液治疗突发性耳聋的临床试验进行分析,评价其治疗效果。方法:检索1994～2006年国内发表的金纳多注射液治疗突发性耳聋临床试验的相关文献,采用Review Manager4.2软件对符合条件的文献进行荟萃分析。结果:与对照组比较,金纳多注射液治疗突发性耳聋更有效(P<0.00001),比值比为3.00,95%可信区间为2.32～3.88。结论:临床可优先考虑选择金纳多注射液治疗突发性耳聋。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To conduct a Meta-analysis on the clinical trails of Ginaton(EGB761) injection for sudden hearing loss and to evaluate its therapeutic efficacy.METHODS:The related literature concerning the clinical trials of Ginaton(EGB761) injection in treating sudden hearing loss published domestically between 1994 and 2006 was retrieved,and Meta-analysis was conducted on the selected literature by means of Review Manager 4.2 software.RESULTS:As compared with control group,Ginaton(EGB761) injection has higher effective rate with odds ratio of 3.00 and 95% confidence interval of 2.32～ 3.88(P<0.000 01).CONCLUSION:Top priority can be given to Ginaton(EGB761) injection in the clinical treatment of sudden hearing loss. |
