| 摘 要： | 目的 :建立以气相色谱 -质谱法测定复方薄荷脑滴鼻液中薄荷脑及樟脑含量的方法。方法 :以DM -5(0 25mm×30m)弹性石英毛细管柱为色谱柱 ,乙萘酚为内标 ,升温程序为80℃～150℃ ,分别选择M/Z为95、71的离子碎片峰对樟脑、薄荷脑进行检测。结果 :樟脑的浓度线性范围为1 04～10 40μg/ml(r=0 9998) ,回收率为101 2 % ;薄荷脑的浓度线性范围为0 824～8 24μg/ml(r=0 9999) ,回收率为99 98 %。结论 :本方法快速、准确 ,可用于同类制剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To determine the camphor and menthol in compound menthol nose drops by GC-MS.METHODS:Camphor and menthol were determined by GC-MS with SIM mode andβ-naphthol was selected as the inˉternal standard.RESULTS:The calibration curves of camphor and menthol were linear in the ranges of1.04～10.40μg/ml(r=0.9998)and0.824～8.24μg/ml(r=0.9999)and the recoveries were101.2%and99.98%respectively.CONCLUSION:The method is quick,accurate and also suitable for quality control of the preparation. |
