清暑解毒颗粒的质量标准研究

摘    要:目的:建立清暑解毒颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对清暑解毒颗粒中的薄荷、甘草、夏枯草进行定性鉴别,以高效液相色谱法对其主药金银花中的绿原酸进行含量测定。结果:清暑解毒颗粒的薄荷、甘草、夏枯草薄层色谱中,在与对照品色谱相应的位置上,显相同颜色的斑点。绿原酸进样量在0.091μg~0.53μg范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好;平均加样回收率为97.16%(RSD=1.15%)。结论:本方法准确可行,可用于本品的质量控制。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality criteria for Qingshujiedu granules.METHODS:Thin-layer chromatography(TLC) was employed to make qualitative determination of herba menthae,radix glycyrrhizae,and spica prunellae.While high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was applied for the determination of chlorogenic acid in flos lonicerae in Qingshujiedu granules.RESULTS:The chromatograms of herba menthae,radix glycyrrhizae,and spica prunellae obtained through TLC presented the spots of the same colors with those in the corresponding places in the chromatograms of the control articles.The content of chlorogenic acid was linear with the peak area in the range of 0.091μg~0.53μg;The average recovery was 97.16%(RSD=1.15%).CONCLUSION:These methods are accurate and reliable with a strong specificity and can be used for the quality control of Qingshujiedu granules.
