摘    要:目的:优选巴戟天中低聚糖提取工艺。方法:采用紫外-可见分光光度法,以低聚糖含量和总固体得率为指标,以醇浓度、提取时间、提取次数、加液量为考察因素,采用正交试验优选巴戟天中低聚糖提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为50%乙醇加热回流提取2次,分别加13倍、11倍药材量,每次2h。结论:优选工艺合理、可行,提取率高,可用于巴戟天中低聚糖的提取。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction technology of oligosaccharide in Morinda oJficinalis. METHODS : The extraction technology of oligosaccharide in M. officinalis was optimized by orthogonal test with ethanol concentration, extraction time, extraction times and amount of added liquid as factors using the content of oligosaccharide as index. RESULTS: The optimal extraction technology was as follows: heat and reflux extracting for 2 times with 50% ethanol, 13-fold or 11-fold oligosaccharide, lasting for 2 h each time. CONCLUSION: The optimum extraction is reasonable and practicable with high extraction ratio, and it is suitable for the extraction of oligosaccharide in M. officinalis.
