盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液和甲磺酸左氧氟沙星注射液在8种滤膜上的吸附性研究

摘    要:目的:考察临床常用的盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液和甲磺酸左氧氟沙星注射液在8种滤膜上的吸附作用,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:取2种左氧氟沙星注射液适量,分别通过聚醚砜(PES)膜、混合纤维素酯(CN-CA)膜、增强型混合纤维素酯(CN-CA-E)膜、二氟化树脂(PVDF)膜、聚丙烯(PP)膜、尼龙(NL)膜、尼龙编织(NL-B)膜、重离子(ION)膜,采用高效液相色谱-质谱/质谱法测定通过各膜前、后流出液中的药物浓度,计算吸附率并进行统计学分析。结果:8种滤膜对盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液、甲磺酸左氧氟沙星注射液均有不同程度的吸附作用,其中以CN-CA膜和CN-CA-E膜对药物吸附率最高,分别为8.33%、8.52%和6.89%、4.52%,明显高于其他6种滤膜(P<0.05);以在PES、PP、ION膜上的吸附率较低(P<0.05);但2种注射液在除PVDF膜以外的同种滤膜上的吸附率比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论:同种滤膜对不同成盐结构的左氧氟沙星注射液在吸附性方面未见差异,PES膜、ION膜、PP膜适宜作为药用滤膜。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To investigate the adsorbability of Levofloxacin mesylate injection and Levofloxacin hydrochloride injection on 8 kinds of filter membranes,and to provide reference for rational drug use in the clinic.
