摘    要:目的优选β-环糊精包合鼻渊灵颗粒剂中薄荷、辛夷、藿香3味药材混合挥发油的最佳工艺条件。方法采用正交试验法,以挥发油包合率、包合物收得率、包合物含油率为指标,评价包合工艺条件。结果挥发油与β-环糊精之比1∶8(ml∶g)、超声时间10min、超声水温20℃为最佳工艺条件。结论优选工艺方法简单,效率较高,适合工业化生产。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To optimizeβ-cyclodextrin inclusion process in the inclusion of volatile oil compounds of peppermint,biond magnolia flower and agastache rugosa in biyuanling granules.METHODS:Orthogonal experiment was performed,the inclusion process was evaluated with inclusion rate of volatile oil,recovery rate of inclusion compound,extract ratio of inclusion compound as indexes.RESULTS:The optimized inclusion condition was as follows,the ratio of volatile oil toβ-cyclodextrin was1∶8(ml/g)with10min ultrasound time and20℃ultrasound water temperature.CONCLUSIONS:The optimized method was simple and efficient,and suitable for industrialized production.
